The Claude add-on connects the Claude AI assistant (by Anthropic) directly to your DZBuild store. Once connected, you can just chat with Claude to create products, generate full AI landing pages, look up your orders, and read your store analytics — no dashboard clicking, no copy-paste.
It works as a custom connector inside Claude, so you use it from claude.ai in your browser, the Claude desktop app, or Claude Code.

What it can and cannot do
Claude connects with a limited, safe set of permissions:

A courier send waits for your approval. Before Claude hands an order to your delivery company, DZBuild shows you a summary with the customer, the phone, the destination, the total and the courier, and nothing is sent until you approve it. A parcel handed to a courier cannot be recalled from the chat.
Connected Claude before 5 September 2026? Disconnect it on the add-on page and connect it again once, so it can also handle orders and store settings.
How to connect
Open your DZBuild dashboard and go to Add-ons → Claude, then activate the add-on.
Copy the connector link shown on the page:
https://mcp.dzbuild.com/mcpIn claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Paste the link and continue. Claude opens a DZBuild page asking you to sign in and approve the connection.
Sign in, tick the store or stores Claude may use, and press Approve and connect. That's it: Claude can now help with your store.
You approve exactly which of your stores Claude may access: one connection can cover several, and a store shows as Unavailable until it is on the Enterprise plan with the Claude add-on active. You can revoke the connection at any time from the Add-ons → Claude page.

Photos and variants — what to expect
Photos come from a link. Claude cannot upload a file from your computer; give it a public image URL (from your supplier's site, a public drive link, anywhere publicly reachable) and DZBuild downloads and hosts the image for you. The first photo you add becomes the main one. Up to 20 photos per product.
Changing variants replaces them all at once. When Claude edits variants it rewrites the whole set, so it will read the current ones first and send them back together with your change. If something looks wrong afterwards, the dashboard's product editor is always the source of truth.
Private or internal links are refused for security, and so are links that need a login.
AI landing pages use your credits
When you ask Claude to generate a landing page, it uses your store's AI credits (the same credits as the dashboard AI generator: 20 for a medium page, 45 for a tall one). Claude will tell you before it spends them. You can top up credits from the AI Credits page in your dashboard.
Security
The connection uses a standard secure sign-in (OAuth). You approve it once, from your own logged-in account.
The key that lets Claude talk to your store is created on our servers and never displayed — not even to you — so it cannot be copied or leaked. On the add-on page you only ever see it masked.
Only the store owner can connect a store. Team members cannot.
Press Disconnect on the add-on page and Claude loses access within about a minute.
Availability
The Claude add-on is available on the Enterprise plan. If your store leaves the Enterprise plan or the plan expires, Claude can no longer reach your store until it is back on an active Enterprise plan. Deactivating the add-on disconnects Claude; a ChatGPT connection on the same store is not affected.
