Find and edit a product

  1. Open Products.

  2. Search for the product or use the category and status filters.

  3. Open Edit on its card.

  4. Change the needed fields and save.

  5. Reopen the product to check the change.

Use Preview in store to see the buyer's page, or Share to copy its link.

Change photos

In the product editor, add your new photos and wait for their thumbnails.

A photo in the real product uploader with its primary-image badge

This is the French dashboard. Principale means the main photo.

  • Select a photo's star to make it the primary photo.

  • Drag the other photos into order, or use their arrow buttons.

  • On a phone, hold a thumbnail briefly before dragging.

  • Remove a photo only when you no longer want it in the product. A product must keep at least one photo, and on the Free plan it can hold up to 8.

Save, then preview the product. If a variant needs a particular photo, link that option to the image.

Write the description

Describe what the buyer gets: material, dimensions, included items and available sizes. Use short paragraphs or a short list.

The toolbar lets you format text, insert links and add media. To add a description image, use its image button, paste a copied image, or drop an image file into the editor. Each description image can be up to 2 MB.

To add a video, press the video button. Under Upload video, choose an MP4, WebM or MOV file of up to 50 MB. Under Video link, paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or a Facebook embed link that starts with https://www.facebook.com/plugins/, then press Insert video. Other links are refused, TikTok included.

Use Preview to check the description before saving. The description generator is optional.

Update prices

Field

What to enter

Price

The selling price paid by the buyer.

Compare price

The previous price displayed crossed out. Leave empty without a discount.

Cost

Your purchase cost. It is not displayed to buyers. Only the store owner sees this field.

SKU

Your own reference code for finding and identifying the product.

The compare price must be higher than the selling price. For a variant that costs more, enter a price difference, not the full price again.

Choose the right stock field

Use one of these approaches:

  • One quantity for the product: turn on Track stock and enter the available quantity.

  • One quantity per option: use Track variant stock.

  • One quantity per colour and size together: use Track combination stock.

Price 2500 DA and simple stock tracking with quantity 20

When variant or combination stock is on, product-level stock entry is disabled. Follow the combination example to fill the right fields.

To choose whether orders deduct stock at confirmation or as soon as they arrive, use Orders → Display settings → Stock deduction. See Stock Management.

Choose a category and status

Select the categories that help buyers find the product. You can create categories from Dashboard → Categories.

Status

Use it when

Active

The product is ready to appear in the store.

Active but hidden

You want to sell it through its direct link.

Draft

You are still preparing it.

A hidden product is still buyable by link. Use Draft if it should not be published.

Organise products into categories

Open Dashboard → Categories and press Add a new category. Enter the Category name, and if you want, a short Description and a Category image (PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 5 MB). Press Add category to save. A new category starts as Active.

Field

What it does

Parent category

Keep None (main category) for a main category, or pick a main category to make this one its subcategory. Only main categories are listed, so subcategories go one level deep.

Show subcategories section

Shows this category's subcategories as picture tiles on its page in your store. It is on by default and disappears once you pick a parent.

Status

Appears on the edit screen: Active or Disabled. A disabled subcategory is left out of its parent's tiles.

To change a category, press Edit on its card, make your changes and press Save changes. You can also replace or remove its image there.

To change the order, drag a card by its handle on a computer, or use its up and down arrows on a phone or tablet. Main categories move among themselves, and subcategories move inside their parent. The order saves as soon as you drop or move a card, and your store lists categories in that order.

The Subcategories only inside the parent category switch at the top of the page removes subcategories from your store's home page; they stay visible inside their parent category. When you turn it on, press Confirm in the window that opens. While the switch is on, Show subcategories section stays on and locked for main categories.

To delete a category, press the bin button on its card, then Delete. Its products stay in your store but leave this category, and its subcategories become main categories.

Add a quantity offer

In Offers & bundles, press Add offer and fill in:

  1. A title, such as Pack of 2.

  2. The number of pieces, such as 2.

  3. The final price for the whole offer, such as 4,500 DA.

Pricing mode is Fixed offer price by default, which uses the final price above. Amount off the total and Percentage off the total start from the product price times the number of pieces and take off the discount value you enter. In every mode, the price differences of the options the buyer selects are added to the offer; with a percentage, they are discounted too.

You can also add a compare price, badge, image or free shipping. Check these before saving. Free shipping removes the delivery fee for that offer.

If the product has variants, the buyer can choose them for each piece. Offer Variant Popup provides a dedicated popup for that selection.

Fill shipping information when needed

Enter the correct weight if your delivery pricing uses it. The Fragile setting marks the parcel for couriers that support it.

Parcel dimensions and insurance appear for supported linked couriers. Check Shipping for delivery setup.

Edit several products

Select the product cards to show the bulk-action toolbar. You can change categories, prices, stock, status or featured placement.

Bulk stock changes apply to simple product stock. Products using variant or combination stock, and products with Track stock off, are skipped. Update those in their editor or Stock Management.

Check the selected products and entered value before applying a bulk change.

⚠️ Warning — Deletion is permanent

Delete removes a product permanently. Use Draft if you only want to take it off sale while keeping it. A product used by a landing page cannot be deleted: delete that landing page first, or link the page to another product in its settings.

Import an existing catalogue

Open Products → Bulk import, choose a file in one of the formats listed on that page, then check the preview before importing.

Review the handling of existing SKUs and products without images before starting. Bulk import is not available on the Free plan, and the number of products you can add depends on your plan.

For the Shopify connection, see Shopify Import.

Product links and search results

The product name, description and primary image help describe the product in search and shared links. There is no separate product SEO panel to fill in.

Changing the product name can change its address. After renaming, use Share to get its current link and check any ads that use an older link.
