DZBuild is the fastest way to start selling online in Algeria. Full Arabic + French support, integrations with every Algerian courier merchants actually use, and Cash-on-Delivery built in from day one.
This documentation covers everything from creating your first store to connecting a custom domain and integrating with the developer API.
💳 Plans at a glance
Every new store starts with 3 free days of Pro to try the platform — no card needed. After that, pick a plan to keep going. There are 3 plans you can subscribe to, plus a Free plan that exists only by special request.
Plan | Price (per month) | Orders per month | Products | Landing pages | Pixels | Team | Best for |
Pro | 1,000 DZD | unlimited | 300 | 3 | 1 per type | 1 | One store running paid ads |
Unlimited | 2,500 DZD | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | 3 | Multilingual storefronts, CRM operations |
Enterprise | 5,500 DZD | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | unlimited | 25 included, up to 200 | Large teams that need many staff seats |
Free | Not for sale | 30 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 0 | By request only — no longer offered to new merchants |
A few things the table can't say in one cell:
The Free plan's 30-order cap closes the whole storefront. Once a Free store records its 30th order in a calendar month, every visitor — not just buyers — gets a "store unavailable" page instead of your catalogue, until the next month or until you subscribe. Paid plans have no order cap.
Free stores can still buy landing pages. A Free-plan store can purchase individual landing pages for 1,000 DZD each, kept for life.
Enterprise staff seats are metered. 5,500 DZD includes 25 seats; extra seats are bought at purchase time and priced per duration — 200 DZD for a 1-month cycle, 560 for 3 months, 1,100 for 6 months, 2,000 for 12 months — up to a 200-seat ceiling. Note: seats bought on the instant card rails are charged but only applied once support raises the limit — pay by manual receipt, or contact support right after paying by card (see Enterprise).
How many stores you can own is not a plan attribute. The hard cap is 50 stores per account, but you may only create the next store once every store you already own is on an active, unexpired paid plan (Pro, Unlimited or Enterprise). A single expired or Free store blocks creation. There is also a 5-minute cooldown between creations.
Annual saves 2 months on every plan. Pay 12 months at once and you pay 10,000 instead of 12,000 DZD on Pro, 25,000 instead of 30,000 on Unlimited, and 55,000 instead of 66,000 on Enterprise.
How subscribing works (in plain words)
Open
/dashboard/subscribefrom your dashboard sidebar.Click the plan you want — Pro, Unlimited or Enterprise. All three are self-serve; there is no sales call and no contact form for Enterprise.
Pick how long: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer = cheaper per month.
Pay one of three ways: - CIB / Edahabia card (Slick-Pay): Done in ~30 seconds after the bank's 3-D Secure code. You don't need any Slick-Pay account or keys — DZBuild handles the payment side. One-off payment, you renew manually. - Visa / Mastercard / PayPal (Paddle): Charged in USD and set up as a real auto-renewing subscription. The exact USD amount is shown at checkout before you confirm — it is slightly above the DZD list price because it covers the payment processor's fees. - Manual receipt: Bank transfer or BaridiMob → upload a screenshot of the receipt. We verify and switch your plan on within 24 hours (often a few minutes).
The moment your plan is active, all features unlock immediately.
Need to see how to do it? Inside /dashboard/subscribe there is a ▶ How to renew button — click it for an in-app walkthrough that highlights every step. Video tutorials are also on the DZBuild YouTube channel.
How renewing works (read this!)
Renewal depends on the rail you paid with. SlickPay (CIB / Edahabia) and manual receipts are one-off payments — nothing is ever charged automatically, you renew by hand. Paddle (Visa / Mastercard / PayPal) creates a genuine auto-renewing subscription that re-charges every cycle and adds the new period to your expiry by itself. If you paid with Paddle you get a manage subscription card on
/dashboard/subscribethat opens the Paddle customer portal, where you cancel or change your payment method.Expiry reminders go out once per calendar day for each of the last 7 days before your plan ends — so up to 7 emails, not a fixed 7/3/1 schedule. Stores that have never completed a payment (accounts still on the 3-day Pro trial) do not receive these reminders.
Renewing early stacks the time: if you have 10 days left and you renew for 30 more days, you now have 10 + 30 = 40 days. No time lost. No gap.
If you renew after expiry: the new period starts the day you pay (no stacking, since there was nothing left).
Switching plans mid-cycle? Unused time is credited as time, never as money — you always pay the new plan's full listed price. Leftover days are converted by price ratio and added to the new expiry. Example: 20 Pro days left and you buy 1 month of Unlimited → 20 × (1,000 ÷ 2,500) = 8 bonus days, so 1 month + 8 days for the full 2,500 DZD. Downgrading multiplies the days up: 10 Enterprise days become 10 × (5,500 ÷ 1,000) = 55 Pro days.
What happens if I do not renew?
If your paid plan (Pro, Unlimited, or Enterprise) expires and you do not renew:
Your storefront goes offline. Anyone who visits your store — on your
your-slug.dzbuild.appsubdomain or your custom domain — sees a "Store Unavailable" page. Customers cannot browse or buy until you renew.Your custom domain is unlinked. About 12 hours after expiry, any connected custom domain is disconnected. When you renew, just re-connect it from Dashboard → Domains — it takes a minute.
Nothing is deleted. Your products, orders, customers, settings, landing pages, Pixels and all configuration are kept exactly as they were — your plan is never downgraded behind the scenes.
Renew anytime and everything comes back instantly — your storefront goes live again and all your data is exactly where you left it. (Just re-link your custom domain.)
⚠️ Warning — Long inactivity
DZBuild reserves the right to close a long-dormant account. This is a policy statement, not an automated process: an idle store is never closed or deleted automatically — any such removal is a deliberate decision taken by the DZBuild team. Still, renew — or export your data — if you intend to keep the account.

Why merchants pick DZBuild
3-day free Pro trial for every new store (no card needed) — when the trial ends, subscribe to Pro, Unlimited or Enterprise to keep your store live. (The Free plan is legacy: available by special request only, no longer offered to new accounts.)
Cash on Delivery (COD) out of the box — the way Algerian buyers actually pay. A physical-goods storefront is COD only; there is no card checkout for your buyers. Digital-product stores can offer buyers manual methods (CCP, BaridiMob, Redot Pay or a custom method) configured at Dashboard → Digital → Payment, where the buyer transfers and uploads a receipt.
All 58 wilayas, through 50+ integrated couriers — Yalidine, Yalitec, Guepex, Easy & Speed, Maystro, ZR Express (old and new), Abex Express, NOEST Express, Zimou Express, Colivraison, Ecom Delivery, Elogistia, DHD Livraison, Conexlog, MSM Go, WorldExpress, Mono Hub and dozens more — plus a "custom Ecotrack" tile for any other courier running on the Ecotrack platform. (Ecotrack is the shared API platform many Algerian couriers run on, not a courier you pick.)
Arabic and French end to end — storefront, dashboard, emails, receipts. A store's language is either
arorfr; English exists on this documentation site only.7 storefront themes — Starter and Brico on any plan, Digital on any plan for digital-product stores, "Started V2" (Showcase) on Pro, Prestige and Bloom on Unlimited, Promobi on Enterprise.
21 first-party add-ons plus 2 built-in toggles for advanced flows (CRM-style orders, reviews, multi-language storefront, stop-desk picker, webhooks, …).
AI landing-page generator, abandoned-cart recovery, Pixel + Conversions API built in.
