This page covers how to move between plans on DZBuild. The four plans are Free, Pro, Unlimited, and Enterprise — all three paid plans are bought self-serve. New accounts start on a 3-day Pro trial — see Subscriptions.

💡 Tip — Enterprise seats apply at once

Whichever payment method you use, the team size you bought (25 staff or unlimited) applies to your store the moment the payment activates. Nothing to ask support for.

Renewal is the same flow as upgrading — /dashboard/subscribe → pick your current plan → pick a duration → pay. The CIB / Edahabia and BaridiMob rails do not auto-charge, so on those you must come back and renew manually. A global-card payment made with the Auto-renew box ticked (the default) re-charges at the end of each period and extends your expiry until you stop it: open Card and invoices on the subscription card of /dashboard/subscribe, which opens the billing portal where you stop the renewal, change the card or download receipts. A card payment made with the box unticked is a one-off, like the local rails.

Every purchase settles the time already on the store:

What carries over is time, never money, and no refund is issued for the days you leave behind. Since the conversion follows the price, moving up buys fewer days than you had and moving down buys more. With 17 days left:

You pay the full Unlimited price. What carries over is time, not money: each unused Pro day is converted into 1,000/2,500 = 0.4 Unlimited days and added to the end of your new cycle. Example:

The same rule runs on all three payment rails, and it works identically for downgrades (each unused Unlimited day becomes 2,500/1,000 = 2.5 Pro days).

Downgrades take effect immediately when the lower plan's payment activates; DZBuild does not defer them to the end of the cycle. On an Unlimited or Enterprise store the lower plan cards show Included in your plan (Inclus dans votre plan / متضمنة في خطتك) instead of a button, so tap the floating subscribe button at the bottom of the screen on /dashboard/subscribe and pick the lower plan at the top of the checkout sheet.

Enterprise comes in two sizes: 25 staff at the prices above, or unlimited staff at 15,000 / 42,000 / 82,500 / 150,000 DZD for 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months.

Paying by global card charges you in US dollars, and a conversion fee applies, so the amount sits slightly above a straight conversion of the DZD price. The exact USD figure is shown on the payment tile before you confirm. The CIB / Edahabia and BaridiMob rails charge the exact DZD price above.

An expired store is kept as it is, for as long as it stays unrenewed. Account deletion happens only if you ask for it: see Subscriptions.

Q: I just paid but the dashboard still shows my old plan. A: For Slick-Pay, allow ~30 seconds for the payment to be confirmed, then refresh. Manual receipts are usually approved within 30 minutes. The payment history at the bottom of /dashboard/subscribe shows the current status.

Q: Can I prepay 24 months at once? A: There is no 24-month option in the picker, but you can buy 12 months twice back-to-back — a same-plan payment made before expiry stacks on top of your current end date, so you end up with 24 months and no gap.

Q: My Slick-Pay payment was declined — will I be charged? A: No. A declined payment doesn't capture the funds. Try another card or use a manual receipt.

Q: Will my custom domain stay attached if my plan expires? A: No. About 12 hours after expiry your custom domain is unlinked, and your whole storefront — both the custom domain and the your-slug.dzbuild.app subdomain — shows a "Store Unavailable" page until you renew. When you renew, re-connect the domain from Dashboard → Domains; it reconnects in about a minute and HTTPS is re-issued automatically. No data is lost.

Q: Can I move my products from one store to another? A: Bulk import at /dashboard/products/bulk-import works per store, 5,000 rows per file. That page only imports; to get products out of a store, use the product export in the Google Sheets integration, then import the file into the other store. Multi-store runs on any paid plan, each store with its own catalog.
