This page covers how to move between plans on DZBuild. The four plans are Free, Pro, Unlimited, and Enterprise — all three paid plans are bought self-serve. New accounts start on a 3-day Pro trial — see Subscriptions.

How to upgrade
Open
/dashboard/subscribe.Click Subscribe to Pro, Subscribe to Unlimited (in the dashboard the upper tier shows as Illimité / غير محدود) or Enterprise. On the Enterprise card, set the staff-seat slider (25–200) too.
Pick the duration: 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months. Longer = cheaper per month.
Using a promo code? Type it in the checkout sheet and press Apply before picking a payment method. Percentage codes work on all three payment rails — the server re-validates the code and recomputes the price. Flat-amount codes only work on the international-card rail, and the sheet tells you so.
Pick a payment method: - International card / PayPal / Apple Pay — charged in USD, instant, and it creates an auto-renewing subscription. - CIB / Edahabia via Slick-Pay — instant. Plan activates within ~30 seconds after 3-D Secure. - Manual receipt — transfer to the BaridiMob RIP shown on the page, then upload the screenshot. The dashboard quotes approval in under an hour; allow up to 24 hours at worst.
The new plan applies immediately on activation. All features unlock right away.
⚠️ Warning — Enterprise seats bought by card
If you buy Enterprise with more than 25 staff seats using a card rail, contact support right after paying — the extra seats are charged but are not applied to your store automatically today.
How to renew
Renewal is the same flow as upgrading — /dashboard/subscribe → pick your current plan → pick a duration → pay. The CIB / Edahabia and BaridiMob rails do not auto-charge, so on those you must come back and renew manually. The international-card (Paddle) rail does auto-renew: it re-charges each cycle and extends your expiry until you cancel it from the Manage subscription card on /dashboard/subscribe, which opens the Paddle customer portal.
Built-in walkthrough: click the ▶ How to renew button at the top of /dashboard/subscribe (Arabic: كيف أجدد؟ · French: Comment renouveler ?) for a 5-step in-app guided tour with on-screen tooltips: the welcome, plan choice, the floating subscribe button, duration and payment method, plus a "need help" step. There is no currency choice — everything is priced in DZD; the international-card rail converts to USD at checkout. The tour runs without leaving the page.

Renewing without a gap
Paying before expiry adds the new duration to the existing one — no gap.
For Slick-Pay, this happens within seconds of the 3-D Secure check.
For manual receipts, allow up to 24 hours for verification — pay 1-2 days before expiry to be safe.
Renewing after expiry
The plan restarts from the day of payment.
Your storefront goes live again immediately on activation — all your data (products, orders, Pixels, landing pages, settings) is exactly as you left it.
Re-link your custom domain from Dashboard → Domains; HTTPS is re-issued automatically.
Pro → Unlimited mid-cycle (bonus days, not a money credit)
You pay the full Unlimited price. What carries over is time, not money: each unused Pro day is converted into 1,000/2,500 = 0.4 Unlimited days and added to the end of your new cycle. Example:
You're 10 days into a 30-day Pro cycle, so 20 days are left.
You buy 1 month of Unlimited for 2,500 DZD — the full price, no discount.
You get 1 month plus 8 bonus days (20 × 0.4).
The same rule runs on all three payment rails, and it works identically for downgrades (each unused Unlimited day becomes 2,500/1,000 = 2.5 Pro days).
Downgrades — immediate, not end of cycle
Downgrades take effect immediately when the lower plan's payment activates — DZBuild does not defer them to the end of the cycle.
Unlimited → Pro: the store drops to Pro limits the moment the payment activates, and your unused time is converted into bonus Pro days at the price ratio (each unused Unlimited day becomes 2.5 Pro days). If you want to keep Unlimited features to the end of your cycle, wait for it to expire before buying Pro.
Existing products and Pixels above the new plan's caps are NOT hidden or deleted. You simply cannot create new ones until you are back under the cap.
There is no automatic drop to Free. If you simply stop paying, your paid plan does not quietly become a Free plan — it expires, and your storefront goes Unavailable until you renew (details in What happens at expiration). Your data is kept; nothing is deleted.

Enterprise includes 25 staff seats; extra seats cost +200 / +560 / +1,100 / +2,000 DZD each for 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months.
Paying by international card charges you in USD. The USD amount covers the payment processor's fees, so it sits slightly above a straight conversion — the exact figure is shown on the payment tile before you confirm. The CIB / Edahabia and BaridiMob rails charge the exact DZD price above.

What happens at expiration
Every day during the last 7 days before expiry, DZBuild emails a renewal reminder, plus one WhatsApp and/or Telegram reminder at the 3-day mark if you have those channels connected. Stores still on the free 3-day Pro trial get no reminder email.
Your storefront goes offline. If your paid plan (Pro, Unlimited, or Enterprise) expires and you don't renew, anyone who visits your store — on your
your-slug.dzbuild.appsubdomain or your custom domain — sees a "Store Unavailable" page. Customers cannot browse or buy until you renew.Your custom domain is unlinked. Roughly 12 to 18 hours after expiry, any connected custom domain is disconnected. When you renew, just re-connect it from Dashboard → Domains — it takes a minute.
Nothing is deleted. Your products, orders, customers, settings, landing pages, Pixels and all configuration are kept exactly as they were — your plan is never downgraded behind the scenes.
Renew anytime and everything comes back instantly — your storefront goes live again and all your data is exactly where you left it. (Just re-link your custom domain.)
⚠️ Warning — Long inactivity
If an account stays unrenewed for 12 consecutive months, DZBuild reserves the right to close it. This is not automatic, but please renew — or export your data — if you intend to keep the account.
Frequently asked
Q: I just paid but the dashboard still shows my old plan. A: For Slick-Pay, allow ~30 seconds for the payment to be confirmed, then refresh. For manual receipts, approval is usually under an hour and up to 24 hours at worst. The payment history at the bottom of /dashboard/subscribe shows the current status.
Q: Can I prepay 24 months at once? A: There is no 24-month option in the picker, but you can buy 12 months twice back-to-back — a same-plan payment made before expiry stacks on top of your current end date, so you end up with 24 months and no gap.
Q: My Slick-Pay payment was declined — will I be charged? A: No. A declined payment doesn't capture the funds. Try another card or use a manual receipt.
Q: Will my custom domain stay attached if my plan expires? A: No. About 12 hours after expiry your custom domain is unlinked, and your whole storefront — both the custom domain and the your-slug.dzbuild.app subdomain — shows a "Store Unavailable" page until you renew. When you renew, re-connect the domain from Dashboard → Domains; it reconnects in about a minute and HTTPS is re-issued automatically. No data is lost.
Q: Can I move my products from one store to another? A: Bulk import / export at /dashboard/products/bulk-import works per store (5,000 rows per file). Multi-store runs on any paid plan — up to 50 stores per account, each with its own catalog.
