Enterprise is the top tier — the plan for merchants who have outgrown Unlimited, run a large team, or need custom storefront CSS and deeper analytics. It is bought self-serve from /dashboard/subscribe with any of the three payment methods, exactly like Pro and Unlimited.
Genuinely bespoke work — custom integrations, a contracted SLA, dedicated infrastructure — is layered on top of the plan and quoted separately. For that, contact us at dzbuild.com/contact.

Every Enterprise purchase includes 25 staff seats. The Enterprise card carries a slider that goes from 25 to 200 seats; each seat above 25 adds the per-seat price for the duration you chose.
⚠️ Warning — Extra seats on the card rails
Extra staff seats bought on the instant card rails (international card, or CIB / Edahabia) are charged but do not currently raise your store's seat limit — it stays at 25 until support applies it. If you need more than 25 seats, pay by BaridiMob manual receipt, or contact support right after paying by card.

When Enterprise makes sense
Very high order volume. Unlimited has no order cap of any kind, but at that scale the seat count, the deeper analytics and a contracted SLA start to matter.
Multiple stores under one umbrella brand with shared team, shared inventory rules, or shared courier accounts.
A storefront that needs custom CSS — Enterprise is the only plan where custom storefront CSS is accepted.
Custom courier integration — a courier we don't already support, a private API endpoint, or non-standard webhook formats.
Custom payment integration — a bank gateway or payment processor outside CIB / Edahabia via Slick-Pay.
Service-level guarantees in writing — uptime SLA, response-time SLA, named support contact.
Dedicated infrastructure — available as bespoke work under contract.
Compliance requirements — data-residency clauses, signed DPA, reseller-of-record arrangements.

How to subscribe
Open
/dashboard/subscribe.Pick the Enterprise card and the duration (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months).
Set the staff-seat slider (25–200). The price on the card updates as you move it.
Pay by international card / PayPal / Apple Pay (USD, instant, auto-renewing), by CIB / Edahabia (DZD, instant), or by manual receipt (BaridiMob transfer + screenshot). If you set more than 25 seats, use the manual-receipt rail or contact support right after paying — see the seat warning above.
Enterprise features unlock immediately. The 100 monthly AI credits are granted automatically — on the manual-receipt rail as soon as support approves, and on the card rails within 24 hours.

Q: Can I move from Unlimited to Enterprise without disruption? A: Yes, and it is instant — same store, same domain, same data. You pay the full Enterprise price and your unused Unlimited days carry over as bonus days at the price ratio (each remaining Unlimited day is worth 2,500/5,500 ≈ 0.45 Enterprise days). Nothing is taken offline during the switch.
Q: Is Enterprise just "Unlimited with bigger numbers"? A: No. Beyond the seat count it adds things Unlimited does not have at all: custom storefront CSS, the Advanced Analytics addon, 30 Google Sheets connections and 100 AI credits a month. Bespoke work — a new courier adapter, a new payment integration, a contractual SLA — is scoped separately on top. Unlimited is the right fit if you only need the headroom.
Q: Do I need an active Pro or Unlimited plan first? A: Not strictly. New merchants who already know they need Enterprise can start there directly. Most existing merchants graduate from Unlimited.
Q: How small can an Enterprise store be? A: There is no floor — the plan is on sale to anyone at 5,500 DZD/month. In practice it earns its price when you need more than 3 team members, custom storefront CSS, Advanced Analytics or the monthly AI credits. If you only need headroom on products, landing pages and Pixels, Unlimited is the better fit.
Q: Is there a downgrade path? A: Yes, and it is immediate rather than end-of-term: buy Unlimited (or Pro) and the store switches the moment the payment activates, with your unused Enterprise days converted into bonus days at the price ratio (each remaining Enterprise day becomes 5,500/2,500 = 2.2 Unlimited days). Bespoke contracted work is governed by that contract.
